Designed in October 2020, the conceptual design of this boutique hotel in Philadelphia shows the renderings of what is to materialize. Magda Green Design includes the luxury of a bilevel loft space with a hot tub and living green roof, enabling the reduction of CO2. This proposed design also boasts luxurious interior design upon the entrance of the lobby, all the way through to the rooms with modern finishes and decor that combines art and architecture of high calibre.
